Re: Epsom Salts not work without enough fluid?

To correct that situation make sure that you are well to over hydrated for the flush. Take plenty of water to begin combatting the dehydration that epsom is sure to cause. Drink water frequently prior to the 2:pm point. At that point continue to drink even more water. Most people misunderstand the directions.. You may drink water all afternoon and evening up until nearly 6:00. it makes no sense to stop drinking water as it will be absorbed quickly. The morning after drink water water water...the epsom is severely dehydrating in those doses and you must drink way more water than ever (in a sensible fashion). If the dose of mg does not work then upward adjust it until it does, (the recipe is based on averages of course and I am not average) try taking the epsom 20 minutes ahead of schedule and simply drink more water. Make sure the intestines are cleared out before drinking the oily concoction if you are behind schedule ok...wait for the final clearance....take an enema if needed at 9:30. To rehydrate quicker use water that has been boiled as the ions will penetrate the cells quicker keep increased water intake for 3-4 days after flush.
