thanks guys for all the input. My point was that although Fluoride is present in water and it is also present in lots of foods. Even organics. Just removing Fluoride from water by using extreme methods like distillation/RO may not be enuff.

We should be able to take an anti-dote of fluoride. Something, which renders all the injested fluoride harmless. So that we dont get any kind of fluorisis(dental/skeletal), any arthritis or any symptoms of fluoride toxicity....
