Thanks for the suggestions. Right now I'm working on folic acid/niacinamide and other B vitamins, and want to see how that goes for a few weeks. Have been considering ACV but wasn't sure of what amount and how often. What is the reason for adding baking soda to the ACV? How much do you add?
I suspect my MSM situation isn't likely to happen to most people. I have odd reactions to MSM, ascorbic acid, selenomethionine, and few others that aren't coming to mind at the moment.
