Thanks for the reply!

I've taken E-Lyte liquid mins before, as a matter of fact I still have 4 or 5 bottles of Se, Zn, etc.

I'm going to try to get off the magnesium chelate tabs I've taken for quite a while, and the cal citrate too. I know a lady PhD that told me many times not to take isolated minerals.

I believe the E-Lyte taste test is a much better idea to treat imbalnaces. I spend quite a bit on organic foods. I shouldn't have to spend more on minerals. I think some of them I may be psychologically addicted to. All the fillers, etc., I think I'd be better off without. If I eat more nuts for a while I should be able to help correct the imbalance.
