i am doing quite well thanks, thanks for asking.

yes, sodium bicarb is baking soda. the two easiest to get hold of negatively charged electrolytes are potassium citrate and sodium citrate. both can be bought on ebay for cheap, but i do not know the purity of those products.

ultra pure, USP grade, can also be purchased from places like
http://www.sciencelab.com


i have found best times to be first thing in the am or about 2 or more hours after eating any food.

i like the water. the potassium doesnt taste all that great, but not terrible. the sodium tastes pretty good to me. both are energizing to my body.
