I am a kinesiologist, usually called applied kinesiology, although this is just the original name coined in its inception. There are now many, many offshoots. Is it quack science? I wouldn't have a job and be able to help so many people without this guide/tool. Also, it is a licensed profession in New Zealand, Australia, and other places as well. It is the most comprehensive form of holistic medicine in my opinion, probably because it helped me heal my illness after I exhausted every option I could find in seven years of health nightmares. You can actually talk to the innate intelligence of the body and it will tell you what it wants to do, what the priority is, and what order it wants to do it in. A simple muscle test to try is have someone hold out their arm parallel to the ground AFTER they drink a glass of water(hydration=electrical conductivity). Have them state their full given birth name. Press down on the arm, off the wrist, to see if it "locks" in place easily. Try to feel it lock without pressing too hard, like they're holding a 5lb book. Then have them say their name is Frank or whatever is not their name. Usually, if they are a clear channel the arm will be noticibly weaker and "unlock" with the same amount of pressure. Do this several times with other facts like I am a man, or I am a woman. I am 20 years old..and so on. Perhaps the most profound strengthening and weakening you can see is if the person says I LOVE MYSELF, I HATE MYSELF. check it out.
