Interesting what you are doing with the 'wild fermentation' The furthest I have ventured is fruit juice and coconut water maybe some sauerkraut.
Really interesting combos you have that I would not think of. guess I would have to try them...So it sounds like you ferment grains also? like rice? what about beans? and you eat these raw?
I should become more of a sun worshipper this year oxygen too! My b12 supplementation is bringing more oxygen to my cells even in a few days and I feel quite a bit more alive than usual.
