OMG! That must have hurt. The web site says exhale. I imagine the natural acidity of the water must have stung too.

See? I think this procedure will help me; because, I normally have one side all stuffed up. I'm not as cleared as you; so, I would be exhaling something more than air. Hence, unsanitary for me.
