I believe the extra salt helps with anemia because...

I was recently again having a lot of issues too, with tiredness, lethargy, bloating and puffiness, and even though I couldn't PROVE anemia, my lips did seem a bit pale.

Anyway, I feel AMAZING now, and what I did was this:

This protocol, only with a HALF teaspoon of Seasalt instead of 1/4 and I drink three quarts of non-fluoridated and non-chlorinated water every day.

It flushes out the kidneys AND the colon - (keeps me "regular")! Plus, the salt I use is this one which I believe to be important because it has all (or most) of the minerals that the body needs.

Just not ENOUGH iodine!

Oh, and my lips are PINK again! :)
