Re: help please

my lips are raw,,and im having trouble healing them,,thats why im gonna start oil pulling and the other cleanses on this site. its very weird that my lips are not healing,, (its not yeast or bacteria infection),,my immune system is suppressed.. i really dont know.

i tried oil pulling once...and for the next 3 days i was sooo tired , sooo foggy.i could not get up so there must be something wrong with me,,cleaning something out. spitting out the oil all over my raw wounded lips was really bad.

can anyone help me figure out a way to get the oil out without touching my lips?
