hi there, got my bottles of Lugols 2 days ago... 2 drops the first day in one cup of water. 1 drop the next day. today i put one drop in a cup, and will have another drop in a cup later on... is it possible to feel the benefits so quickly? I feel very much at peace. My muscles aren't as sore as usual and i have a good amount of energy.. hehe im at work right now! wwwwwwweeeeeeee Tweet
