Hello Dennis! I'm 20 years old and had my gallbladder taken out at 16 because it was causing me near daily attacks. Unfortunately I didn't know about flushing back then for stones and just trusted my doctors. Anyway, I was told by some people here that I should liver flush because I probably have stones in my liver because of my old gallbladder stones and my liver now has to work twice as hard. I'm worried though that it's not safe? I was told I can't eat a lot of fat after having my gallbladder out, and eating a lot of fat does make me feel sick and cause breakouts, even though I only eat raw fats as oils and avocados (I don't ever cook them). I know you have to consume a lot of olive oil to liver flush, which worries me. What's your opinion on this? Is it safe for people without gallbladders to flush? Will it have negative side effects? Is there a gentler flush to try out? Thanks for your help!
