Yesturday I went to the dentist to get a Amalgam filling replaced with porcelin.
It took thrity minutes for my jaw to freeze. Usually it takes five. That hasn't happened to me before.
Just a small thing but I thought it might be of interest.
Also, does anyone know if Iodine can reverse decay? My dentist is really putting the thumbscrews on to get me to replace three areas of decay with *additional* fillings. I won't be able to afford porcelin so these will be plastic. I asked if she knew what was in the plastic, she said it was just some chemical stuff I wouldn't understand. I asked her if it comes from the PVC family. She didn't know.
Anyway, I heard that plastic fillings aren't good either.
Not sure what to do. I could refuse the additional fillings.
