On a low card diet, extra oil is important, yourmetabolism will convert oil into energy so fish oil supplements are a great idea (this also is good for the intestinal walls and bm.
No oats on the diet, brown rice is okay ( i'd rather avoid it myself but some of it is really personal... it reamains that brown rice causes constipation, so extra oil and/or extra magnesium along is a good idea).
Millet is much better than rice ... and easy to cook: half water half millet. (Cook like rice) I use chicken broth instead of water and I put chopped onion in there for taste.
Dip raw vegetable into a sesame paste (okay carb) sauce. You can buy either sesame butter or ground sesame (black is better for health.... although it does not look as apetizing).
sesame butter (or the flour with sunflower oil)
a few drops of black sesame oil (great taste)
1/2 a spoonful of ginger (ground)
nature (sugar free/ low fat) yogurt
mix and serve
You can put other spices instead of ginger for variation.
