Kefir is a natural probiotics, most people drink it. (I am no pro, I use home made yigurt instead.)
Cultured vegetable is a vegetable like cabbage that is allowed to mature by fermentation, just like kefir or yogurt, and thus develop good bacteria (probiotics) a good example is Sauerkraut.
Fruit is FORBIDDEN on the candida diet.... except for lime, lemon and Granny Smith apple (low Sugar fruits).
Yogurt (low fat/sugar free) is fantastic. Some of those you find on the market only have dead (inactive) bacteria you must watch out. If the bacterias are dead, they will not compete with candida in your intestines.
Coconut is a natural antifungal.... it kills candida...fermented coconut is again very similar to yogurt and kefir.
