Hey! We are at the same point at the same time! (Nearly - I started yesterday so today is only my second day - but our starting weight was the same!)When are you going to hit your goal weight by? Or - how long are you fasting for? Are you only drinking water? What is your motivation? Is this your first fast? Are you taking any supplements?
Me - my goal is to go from June 19 - July 19 on only liquids (let myself have a little Dr. Pepper this morning so I could wake up for my day job after having worked last night) and I really feel 'in the zone'. In fact, I stood next to people eating steak and what-have-you last night and couldn't even smell their food.
My motivation is that I'll be meeting my potential future-mother-in-law this July in France, and want to look more like my picture - never mind fitting into my summer clothes, 'cause it is sure to be VERY hot there.
I've fasted before a couple of years ago for 3 weeks. That time was to really detox from a lot of medication. This time, my motive is less-pure - but nontheless compelling!
Anyhow - it'd be great to 'buddy up' and check in with one another over these next weeks (even my fiancee came over last night and 'broke his fast' in front of me.) Wishing you a positive experience,
