The greatest authority on Water Fasting (Dr Herbert M Shelton ) did not advocate the use of any enemas during a water fast. I agree with him because the Water Fast I undertook in 1975 for leukemia (and cured) did not include enemas of any kind. They are unnecessary and superfluous. Do animals who are seriously ill and abstain from food within their natural habitat use enemas? Tweet
