Re: Ear drainage after exercise...candida related?

Hi,
I read your earlier post, and I realized that no one had answered it. I was thinking when you wrote this, that maybe you could have had some water in your ear from showering, swimming, or just middle ear fluid that had been built up and was finally being released. You might try putting hydrogen peroxide in your ear, this will kill bacteria, and even help loosen fluid that might be in the ear. Lay on your side, pour some in, let it bubble for a while and then lay on the other side letting it drain, this might help. For a moment, you may get a bit dizzy as this could affect your equalibrium, but as soon as it drains you should be fine. I have done this many times when my middle ear has fluid and this has given me great relief. I hope this helps.
