I'm linking this article about Michael Glatze who was a "leader" of the homosexual community. I personally have no idea who he is as I do not follow the homosexual community. He was gay from the age of 14 until this year. He has now shunned homosexuality and favors the god of Christianity.
I am very happy for him. I think change is important. I also tend to agree that the homosexual "lifestyle" is dangerous and shallow. But, I do not believe it has to be. Nor do I believe all homosexuals live that way. Any "ideal" or "lifestyle" that is infused with money, fame, and abundant attention becomes corrupt. This is how organic standards have become watered down. It is how Christianity itself has become watered down and even made a mockery of by its own adherents.
Homosexuality can be lived in many ways, yet, as people demonstrate on this board many times, it is the stereotype that people think of. Congratulations to Michael for growing out of that stereotype. Let's hope he doesn't become yet another stereotype.
