I recently bought 35% food grade H2O2 from HFS. Today morning I used 2 drops with water on empty stomach. Felt good. An hour later, I took some vitamin C( Na-Ascorbate), and drank more water.
I have read that its very IMP to take H2O2 on an EMPTY STOMACH. Else it might react with food and cause "hydroxyl free radicals" ( We dont want that)
Anyways, I think the only safe time for me to take H2O2 is early morning. Thats the time i can be assured that I am empty stomach.
How many drops can I go upto. Should I just go slowly like increasing one drop per day and then stop or reduce dosage if I see adverse affect?
What kind of benefits have u noticed from H2O2? I am new to this...
