Re: I wasn't on medication, but
Max, have you tried any bowel cleansing? That should help tremendously too.
Do you have allergies? I had terrible food and chemical allergies. I would walk into a store with plastic or a craft store with silk flowers and would get a headache and feel my eyes immediately getting puffy. And get behind a car with a lot of exhaust....SHEESH! That would almost do me in.
Saying all that to say that I know that hypothyroidism is generally tied to allergies/blood
Sugar issues.
Bowel cleansing should help that a lot. I've gotten a lot of mucous and crud out of my intestinal tract and my allergies have improved dramatically.
I can tell you that Julia Chang's products have helped me a lot; I love them. They have worked where nothing else has. I take Chinese Bitters and Coptis everyday. I add Curcuma in a few days before a flush to help with bile flow/production before a flush.
So that's my story. Betta gave you a good hint too. I don't know if you are on medication or not but the main reason I didn't want to get on thyroid medication is because I understood that it shut your thyroid down from functioning on it's own. At least the information Betta gave you promotes a product that sounds more natural.
