Re: I wasn't on medication, but
I have not done anything special for bowel cleansing and that is because I have never really had bowel problems. I am always very regular and have several BMs a day. I did buy some
Bentonite clay but haven't started using it yet.
I do usually take a heaping tbsp of ground flaxseed soaked in water every day. I also eat a lot of veggies and fruits, plenty of fiber. I hardly eat any processed foods anymore, since about 2 years ago.
I did have some environmental allergy problems, which started when I was in my early 20's but are very mild now. I'm now 48. About 10 years ago I developed severe sinus problems. About a year ago I discovered that much of my sinus problems were caused by eating some grains, maybe gluten containing grains. I am much better now that I have stopped eating those grains.
Doing
Liver Flushes also seems to help my sinuses. After a flush my sinuses are much better for several days. I am hoping that when my liver is finally cleaned and functioning well that the grain sensitivity and any other remaining allergy problems will be gone.
I am not on any medication, except that I just started taking some Armour Thyroid. 10
Liver Flushes hadn't produced any improvements so far and I was getting so frustrated of not feeling my best. I didn't know how much longer I could get by without improving my performance in life. My understanding is that normal doses of thyroid hormones don't shut down your thyroid gland's production. Large doses of thyroid homones are used to do that.
I am still very committed to resolving my thyroid problem, if at all possible, using natural methods and stop taking the hormones.
I do take a few supplements. What I take varies from time to time. I do find that taking a probiotic helps my sinus problems. so I try to take that on a fairly regular basis.
Thanks
