I've done a coffe enema every four hours and it help a lot,
The original recepie is in the Gerson's therapy .
Use three Table Spoon full of organic coffe for a litter (a quart)put it to simmer in a pan for ten minute very gently when finish and sieve adjust the quantity of water (evaporation) to a full quart again.
You may make concentrate coffee that way, 9 TS for 3 enemas or 12 for 4 in a quart
If you choose to concentrate for 3 enemas for instance, you put your 9 coffee's TS to simmer when over you divided in 3 bottles in equal parts and readjust each one to a quart, keep in the fridge, so you do not have to make coffee again, it is really easy,do not use instant coffee :-( Anyhow you do not want a coffee maker since it has to boil for ten minutes in (water) a pan.
