Re: Push is coming to shove. Urgent situation. Overwhelmed, help please.

Actually I had spent the previous year abroad and gotten into a really "tight" spot, and went for a few hydrotherapy sessions this past April. (I am now home for the summer) I would not have done this if I did not think it was an emergency, at $130/session. It is unbelievable what they charge in 2nd world countries if you are American. Dont get me wrong they were very certified and had great equipment, but there are only two hydrotherapy clinics in that country.

I did not like it, I only got 45 minutes with the machine (I knew I needed a LOT more), I couldn't tell how much water I was actually getting, and a twice I actually managed pushed the tube out halfway through my session and wasted half a session. I did pass like a quarts worth of crap toward the end of each session. OH, AND I HATED HOW THEY STOPPED IT JUST AS THE CRAP WAS STARTING TO COME OUT (35/40 minutes into the session).

I want to own a system so that I can continue to use it myself as needed/maintenance. The colonic people I had gone to assured me that their system would fix me up after 12 sessions-it didn't. But it did keep me going long enough that when I got home id have a little time to work out something else. They had put me on a very restrictive diet along with Herbal parasite killers, a Candida solution, grape seed extract, liquid chlorophyll, and acidophilus.

Prior to the Hydrotherapy I had been to 2 Gastros, and the ER. I have been on several herbal/bulking laxatives, none of which seem to do anything for about 48 hours. After having the 7th medication not work for me I decided to turn to alternative medicine. That and the fact that I had previously had bad experiences with "western" medicine (all the ADD pills etc..) drove me to this alternative method.

Ive been dependent on fleet Enemas since ive been home (3 weeks). The enema barrier was huge for me to cross, it took a week of pain for me to work up the courage to give myself one, and even then I only got like 2 "marbles" out.

I may be young but unfortunately, I am not inexperienced. They do have a TON of hydrotherapists here, for as low as $60 a session. (10 for $600), but the fact is I want and need longer sessions then what they can give me, and I like being in control. Ok im a big nervous, the first time was nuts (after a week in bed, got drunk and then did it at 4AM while my roommate was asleep) but pain is a motivator.

Anyways,
Thanks for your feedback,
Siderealion. And I feel ridiculous signing my name Siderealion.
