whats yor favourite oil and WHY

Can ppl tell me their fav oil for OP and the reason they like it. I have done sesame oil and loved it. Olive-Oil gave me a gag reflex and I vomited. So its a no for me.

But I am serously planning to re-start OP. I have read it removes "heavy metals" from the body, because they are oil soluble. I am convinced that it works.

I am excited to re-start, but what should I buy.? Tweet
