Heyyy if you can't handle Water Fasting then you should try juice/tea fasting. You can still get some nutrients while cleaning your body at the same time. As for Water Fast you will usually get headaches for the first 3 days...that is when the body in getting rid of toxins and you're feeling it. Some of the toxins that build up in your body can be from years ago so it is better to get rid of them now then wait and see what happens later. But yeah so try the juice fasting. Now you want to drink fresh juice if you can (pure). Or if you want to try the Water Fasting againg try adding a little bit of lemon to it or some other fruit to sweeten it. All those artificial drink do nothing but pollute your body even more. Look at the ingredients and see how many un-natural things are in them. So be careful these can get to you in the future. Take care of you mind health and body health because without one you can't have the other. Bonne Chance!! (^_^)
