Re: Water Fasting 25/f

Heyyy glad to know that you are human! You go through tough things in your life to help you appreciate the good. You are fasting...I'm excited for you. Fasting is something that shouldn't be taken lightly. Some people confuse fasting with starvation. The difference is when you fast you abstain from food you have and starvation is when you have to food at all and your body is consuming vital tissue. You should do some prep work before fasting. You don't want to have a heavy meal before fasting, you want to gradually lighten your diet. Because when you are fasting your body will release lots of toxins. You will get headaches and experience much discomfort the first 2-3 days. You will also have hunger pains but those will fade away. If you never fasted before then you should start out doing a 1-5 day fast. The 5 day fast you will see the most results. During fasting your body releases harmful toxins so you should consume at least 2-3liters of water a day. Those toxins are entering the blood stream so you want to get rid of those quickly. You should give yourself and enema 1-2 times a day if you are fasting for longer than 5 days because your intestines have all that filthy build up in them. Try to be in a stress free environment. Try to keep busy and don't overwork yourself. When ending a fast it is soooooooooo important how you eat. You first want to end your Water Fast with doing a juice fast for a couple of days to prepare you digestive system. Then you want to take in soups and light foods. Then raw veggies/fruits. You want to end your fast and start eating again as if you are a baby. You body is very sensitive now so becareful. Remember to eat a balanced diet because it is possible to gain the weight you lost ...gain it back with in a few days. Even a day! Soo I hope this helped you out a bit. YOu take care and I'm proud of you! Bonne Chance! (^_^)
