HEyyy that's ok! Because before you start fasting you should have light meals before to make it easier on yourself. YOu don't want to force yourself into fasting. Just let it happen. You have to be in the right mind set when you start ok. WHen your mind and body is ready for fasting you will know. Remember the Mind and Body works hand in hand so if one doesn't feel well then the other doesn't either. They both have to agree when the time is right. When fasting try to be in a stress free environment. The 1-3 day time of fasting will be the most difficult. Hunger pains will go away after about the 3rd day. Remember that ending a fast is also a very important part. You should end you fast with juice fasting for a couple of days then eat soups and raw veggies/fruit. You want to treat your digestive system as if it is a baby. Eat a balanced diet if not you can harm yourself. ANd you will gain the weight you lost back. And then you will put yourself down. So aim high and for the positive and healthy living.YOu will feel good! I'm proud of you already! Bonne CHance! (^_^)
