I used 1TBS per 10oz of water (coffee mug). I did it for a week. I had one tea in the morning. I noticed some slight pain while urinated on the 2nd day. The 3rd and 4th day was the worse (Do you watch Seinfeld? Remember the episode when Kramer pushed out a stone?). Then the pain was gone by the 5th day. I drank extra water to keep things moving.
