New to pulling - Day 2

Hello! I am on day 2 of oil pulling. I am using VCO because it's what I had but I am going to look for seseme tomorrow.

The only real observation I have so far is that I am experiencing some sinus issues. I have allergies anyway, so my sinuses are always clogged, draining or a combination of the two. So when I do anything detoxifying my sinuses are always the fisrt to let me know.

I am going to buy a neti pot as well, as I've been told it helps.

I would love any support, advice or just a friendly hi. :)
