For a salt water flush you do not need Sea Salt . I use ordinary table salt (2tsp / quart of water). I save my Sea Salt for cooking, drinking etc but I don't like to use it when it is just going to come out the other end in an hour or so =)

I believe I read that table salt is okay for a SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) from shelleycat on her forum.
