I would try some Epsom Salt in water (1tsp).

Keep cleansing the bowel. Read on the Bowel Cleanse Forum about Colonix (I think one page back), written by _BOB.

My stone is 2.8 cm and I could not live without the liverflush.
Interesting that your ND says not to do it.
Here on the forum everyone seems to advise to do the flush.

I just replubished a message from D. (started curezone). A few messages down, please read it. Very informative he tells you what happens when the stone does not come out, but in the long run it might.

You should want to flush your liver and get that at least cleaned out.

Keep going with Julia Chang products. D. also writes that
different stones react to different softeners, so you might once in awhile, use some other product like chanca piedra or phosfood.
