Running injury -- Need suggestions quick!

Hi all!

Well, I've been training for the Canadian Death Race since March and my training has come such a long way. I took home a gold in the last half marathon I ran 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, along with the medal came an unbearable pain in my lower leg. From my own research I believe I have tibialis posterior syndrome

Almost any impact on the foot hurts on the inside just above the ankle.

I'm going to see a physio tomorrow, but my race is on Saturday (38km) and is the BIG ONE I've been training for for months. Any suggestions as to help this?

I've been taking turmeric to help with the inflammation as well as stretching in the sauna.

I hope I"m able to run Saturday.

Thank you all.
