Hi first thing is you do not need to be doing any more harsh cleanses or flushes they only serve to expand the disparity of flora. Liver Flushes flush out great quantities of reserves in the liver which need to be restored and you are not in position to do this.
You do not say what your diet is. You should be on a mixed diet of cooked or lightly steamed fruits and veggies interspersed with raw. Leave off the carnivore flesh for now. Take a protein powder or easily digestible bean for protein like mung. The only enema I would reccomend is an initial upside down master cleanse or a cayenema a cayenema is a 2 quart enema with 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne in it retaining for as long as possible (not easy)an upside down master cleanse is the addition of juice of 2-4 lemons (No maple syrup needed)
After you do this you may add a cup or so of kefir and enough warm water to allow a flow and retain this solution at least an hour.
Stop using the colema board and do not think about any drastic flush or diet until you rebuild. While you rebuild you will gently cleanse the system naturally and activate your system. If you do yoga some inversions help greatly (headstand) or doing the plough position and moving feet around the head will stimulate internal organs.
Chew all your food very well to stimulate digestion, eat your largest meal around noon if you can go without eating breakfast and dinner all the better, have a bit of lemon in water with cayenne.
What type of kefir are tyou taking? homemade? the store bought stuff is little more than milk. What is your body type consitution and current diet like as well as history maybe I can help more.
Can you also explain what caused you to take daily colon cleanisng for so long? the physiological as well as mental aspects.
