Newbie - just finished first flush

I've been reading this site for weeks and did my first flush last night. I followed all directions to the letter. I am not sure I flushed out any stones, though. I started having diarrhea at 3:45 a.m. and am still having it so far through noon today. There have been some green matter in my diarrhea that look like green peas. They are irregular shaped like peas and are mushy and soft like peas. I had a salad for my last meal yesterday so I thought this could be just parts of the lettuce I ate. Can anyone give me any insight? I've been feeling tired and weak, but am starting to feel better.
