It sounds like you are on the classic yo-yo that a lot of dieters get on. Also the gambler that says he will quit after he makes the one last big play. It never works. There is no reason to think that one big fast will be enough to break you of all of your up and down habits.You have done an 11 day Water Fast before. Will a longer fast kill you? Probably not, but what is the point? I think you need to take a different approach to try to regain your health and rid yourself of your habits. I can't say that I know what that is. Fasting can be part of a health protocol, but it shouldn't be the whole part. You say that you eat 70% organic, 60% of the time. Well that is better then a lot of people. I am not sure what you refer to when talking about bad habits. Smoking? Binge eating? Alcohol? Junk Food? Each of those may take a different approach to try to wipe out. In terms of the fast, listen to your body. If you are miserable and weak during it, what is the point. If you feel pretty strong physically and mentally then keep going. Again, I personally am not a big believer in extended water fasts.
