Blackngold made a VERY important statement..."A lot of getting healthy is physcological". Many people overwhelm themselves with stress in their attempts to get healthy in a hurry when there really is no emergency. Relax, eat right, and stop flushing yourself needlessly.

Your body feels alot of stress from constant flushing...because it is being stressed and not being allowed to balance itself out. Vegetable juices are very good nutrition (especially fresh with live enzymes) and require virtually no digestion (only metabolism, digestion drains alot of energy from the body). You want to get a reasonable amount of fiber and water (too much water rinses away nutrients unnecessarily) and eating easily digestible foods is a big help to your digestive tract also. "Death begins in the colon" is a saying that is common to nutritionists because the colon is where we digest and absorb what we put into our bodies (if we don't ABSORB properly, it doesn't matter how healthy our food is).

HEALTH begins in the colon.

Your diet would be very strenuous on your nerves. If you didn't feel a pain in your left??? arm before what you think was a heart attack, it might just have been heartburn (it's called that because it so close, it very often is mistaken for a heart attack).
