You are very correct about my out look. I am very stuborn that way. Once my mind is set it is hard to change its coarse, so that is why I posted. I do contradict myself all the time.
I think I have a split mind. lol
I fell weak about food and that is why I have chosen such a drastic measure for the onset. I prepare 3 meals a day for my family, and I love carbs, rice and noodles are my weakness. 5 kids and my husband
I am also a bit scared with the latests signals for change, to me they are like red flags.
I thank all of you for your advice and concern and I will certainly try to be gentle and relaxed about it.
