You bet! I get the same shitload of hives every time I exercise! And I have candida problems too.. Important to assess: do you suffer from other stuff as well? adrenal fatigue, stress, Depression ,etc. The key here is to fix hormonal imbalance( fix estrogen dominance, eradicate copper overload, cortisol), support digestion(no gluten, no milk, limit starch, digestive enzymes) and strengthen liver (flushes, parasite cleanses, milk thistle, good fats). Nutritional deficiencies must be remedied too.
