after using evco for the past 3 months and switching for the past week to a heavy (baby) udo's 3-6-9 oil blend took a little bit of getting used to.

it seems fine. it is certainly a different taste. many thanks for the recommedation.

i have just been swishing with it but i could take it to swallow twice daily but i think oil swishing does it all. but then what do it know.

the teeth discoloration does not go away. so i will live with it until i go to a dentist for polishing.
