Update - Day 4

Thanks for the hi and info. :) I am a little leary of castor oil. I can barely pull coconut oil. Maybe I'll work up to it.

Just an update.... I am now on day 4 because I skipped yesterday. I was naseated and the thought of OP was too much. I have to add that I felt terrible all day yesterday. No energy, heavy, blah.

I am still having some detox/die off effects, but nothing completely out of control. After OP today, my energy seemed to come back.

Other than energy and the detox icky feeling, I haven't noticed anything other changes yet. But I like the fact that it's moving the garbage around. Tweet
