Update Re: Would appreciate your Help about mixing Aloe Vera and Magnesium powder

For any who might be interested, I just had my second bm this afternoon after lunch and I am very relieved. (No pun intended) I know that everyone's system works differently, so the results I have gotten may not be what someone else will get or will continue. All I can say, is that the latest results are the best I have had in months except for the colonic. It could be just another temporary solution, so I will withold my comments. Right now I'm sound as a dollar, but I'll get better. Tweet
