Newbie Starting First Liver Flush... Coach Needed

Hiyah Gang:

I finished my one month kidney cleanse a week or so ago, and I've
been drinking two glasses of 1 gram food grade malic acid dissolved
in distilled water for over 1 week, and I'll be starting the Fast
tonight so that the third day of the fast will be on Saturday....

I still have stuff to get like the enema bag, coffee,
(I don't usually drink coffee...) Epsom Salts ... etc..., grapefruits
or grapefruit juice... olive oil...

What brand, grade, and kind of Epsom Salts should I buy?

Also is there anyone who is willing and able to volunteer as "Liver
Flush" coach for my first Flush? If so please send me a private e-
mail with your e-mail and tel. number so I can call and check in at
each stage of the flush....
