Everyone is different, but here is what I am able to eat.
Waffles, made of quinoa, buckwheat, milk thistle seeds, flax seeds and walnuts or pecans
brown rice pasta with veggies and olive oil
slow cooked chicken or beef
Trader Joe's makes great brown rice tortillas, but be careful as they are made in a facility that also produces tree nuts and soy, so i stay away from.
Any nuts or seeds I eat I wash thoroughly, very important! Raw almonds, walnuts and pumpkin seeds.
I eat cabbage slaw(raw) with veggies
Drink yerba mate tea, alfalfa tea and dandelion tea. (can make into iced tea as well)
Ocassionally, I go to Rubios or Chipotle and have chicken tacos with only chicken and salsa in the corn tortillas. MMMmmmm : ) Oh and I makde a great "mock" pizza from the things above and top with some fresh rosemary. It's WONDERFUL!
I get tired of eating the same things too, but oddly, I still love all of them.
