just go slow. one drop in a tall glass of water every morning. go up as you see fit. i believe 8 drops to be the minimum of where you need to be to be effective. if at any point along the line you feel you are being overwhelmed, stopping for a day or two will take care of it and you can then resume. you are certainly aware of the salt and vit C and other protocols that can help as well.
youre in like flynn. you need a small dropper bottle and a pipette for transfering the lugols.
