I was eating some chinese food last Saturday, and I had sweet and sour pork, one of my favorite chinese dishes. It passed through my system in one week. I know this because the sweet n sour sauce is bright orange and showed up in my toilet yesterday.
My question is: Is one week a good transit time? What is the ideal transit time? I think I read three days somewhere.
I know that we should not eat meat, but assuming that we do, how long should it take meat to be processed completely through our systems?
