I have tried Oxypowder . It is very easy and simple to use. If you want to start slowly I would recommend taking only 1 or 2 capsules the first night and working your way up. The bottle says to take 4 each night, but that was kind of "dramatic" if you know what I mean. I can actually get good results with only 2 tablets. But I have heard that some people need up to 10. I think it is best to start slow.
But it is simple program. Nothing to it. I would give it a try if I were you.
