This week has been much better, thanks. The black specks have been coming out of my face in droves, this is a good thing, I think. Spent the morning with my face covered in ichthammol, which is a drawing salve, black and gooey. They make one for people, however the one I am useing is for dogs and horses. Washed it off a couple of times, stuck my face in ozonated water, put aloe on it, let that dry start all over again. As a result I have not got any housework done and my husband will be home in a couple of hours. It is awful the number of hours that I spend trying to rid myself of this.
Is the lady in Melbourne doing oil pulling? That is really helpful for the mouth and teeth in getting rid of it there. I do that followed by doing pretty much a pull with H202 for as long as I can stand it, then I brush my teeth, gums and the whole inside of my mouth with soap. Drinking straight cranberry juice seems to help rid the mouth of them. It is all very tedious.
You got to get some sleep, the body does most of its healing during sleep. I think they bring on this sleepless condition so they are not bothered. Here is a couple of tricks I use. Count backward from a hundred, thinking of nothing but the next number in between, you may have to start out fast, to keep the mind from wandering to other thoughts, but then slow down, thinking of nothing else, and you should fall asleep before you reach one, if not start again. I have never needed to do it more than twice. Then there is a yoga thing where you start concentrating on relaxing your toes, then your feet, ankles, calves knees, hips, stomach, back, pretty much every body part to your face and the top of your head. This puts you in a ready for sleep mode. Good luck.
One more thing for the lady from Melboure nasal irragation, also the vicks, and one more thing I done that seems to help is the vicks on the feet covered with socks while you sleep.
Well I better get busy here, my husband and I are doing better, but if he see how little I have done today that might change.
