Bleached out raisins with red seeds?

Hello,

Have been on Humanworm for 10 days. This morning
my first bad guy arrived or the first have actually
seen. Looks like a large light gray raisin with red
seeds in side of it. Not sure what it is the skin is thick.

Glad to get it out of me and what ever else is coming.

Does anyone know what these are?
