I started Iodine again also. I used it for a week or 2 and had horrible headache. So I stopped. Then started using it a few weeks later and found I could handle it better. I started with 2 drops. then 2 drops 2 times a day. then 3 drops 2 times a day. I do better pulsing. I read a website by a doctor that said she found supplements work better with patients when they use them 4 days on and 4 days off, to give the body a chance to detox better. I'm trying that as I do notice 4 days is about as much as I can do without feeling bad.
